On the first day, the Lord created light.
He created the heavens and the earth.
He separated the day and the night.
He has been with creation since her birth.

Since the dawn of us, since Cain killed Abel,
We began to live on our own accord.
Man’s minds are weak and become unstable.
We have failed to remember our Lord.

But he continued to love us and sent His Son,
To die as an ultimate sacrifice
Through His death, all evil was undone.
It wasn’t easy, it came with a price.

The Son’s death gave us a chance to restart.
We are called to love his most sacred heart.
